Personal data should be processed in accordance with the principles established under Turkish data protection law, including lawfulness and fairness, accuracy where necessary, processing for specified and legitimate purposes, data minimisation and retention only for as long as required by the relevant purpose or applicable legislation.

This notice explains the categories of personal data that may be processed, the purposes and legal bases of processing, collection methods, possible recipients, international transfers where applicable and the rights available to data subjects.

For the purposes of KVKK, the identity of the legal person that determines the purposes and means of processing must be clearly stated. Please complete the registered legal information below before publishing this page.

Depending on how you use the website, communicate with us or request healthcare-related services, the following categories of personal data may be processed.

Personal data may be processed, depending on the particular service and relationship, for purposes such as:

Where Hair Transplant Antalya assists an international patient in communicating with or arranging services from a separate hospital, clinic, doctor or other healthcare provider, that provider may independently process personal and health information for medical diagnosis, treatment, patient records and healthcare obligations.

The healthcare provider may therefore act as a separate data controller for its own medical activities. The healthcare provider’s own privacy notice, patient consent documentation and medical-record obligations may also apply.

Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant consultation, treatment, coordination or follow-up purpose should be shared with healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions.

Where necessary for the relevant purpose and where the applicable legal conditions are satisfied, personal data may be shared with appropriate recipients such as:

Some technology, communication, cloud, messaging or other service providers may operate infrastructure outside Türkiye. International patients may also communicate through global platforms such as WhatsApp or other third-party services.

Where personal data is transferred abroad, the transfer should be carried out in accordance with the conditions and safeguards required under Article 9 of KVKK and other applicable legislation.

Depending on the circumstances, this may involve an adequacy decision, an appropriate safeguard such as a recognised standard contract or another lawful transfer mechanism permitted under applicable legislation.

If you contact Hair Transplant Antalya through WhatsApp, email or another third-party communication service, information you send may also be processed by the relevant platform provider under its own terms, privacy notice and infrastructure.

Please avoid sending more medical or identification information than is reasonably necessary for your request.

If highly sensitive documents are required for a healthcare purpose, the most appropriate communication channel should be determined according to the circumstances and security requirements.

Personal data should be retained only for the period required by the purpose for which it was collected and for any additional period required by applicable healthcare, tax, accounting, consumer, health-tourism, data-protection or other legislation.

Different categories of information may therefore have different retention periods. Medical records held by a healthcare provider may be subject to different legal retention obligations from ordinary website enquiries or marketing preferences.

When the relevant processing purpose and legal basis cease to exist, personal data should be deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable requirements.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures should be used to reduce risks such as unauthorised access, unlawful processing, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction of personal data.

Access to health information and consultation photographs should be limited according to business and medical necessity.

However, no system for storing or transmitting information over the internet can provide an absolute guarantee of security.

Subject to the conditions under KVKK, you may apply to the relevant data controller regarding your personal data and exercise rights including:

When you use HairTransplantAntalya.net, limited technical information may be processed to maintain website security, diagnose technical problems, prevent misuse and operate website functionality.

When you submit a consultation form or contact us through a communication link, information you voluntarily provide may be processed to respond to your request and, where applicable, coordinate the requested service.

Strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies may be used where required for website operation, security or functionality.

Analytics, advertising, personalisation or other non-essential technologies should only be used where an appropriate legal basis exists and, where required, after the visitor has made an informed choice.

Cookie preferences should be managed separately from consent relating to medical information. Accepting general analytics or marketing cookies does not constitute consent to use health information for advertising purposes.

HairTransplantAntalya.net may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, social-media platforms, video providers, payment services or other websites.

You should review the privacy information of third-party platforms when appropriate.

Where promotional email, SMS, telephone, WhatsApp or similar communications are used, they should be sent only where the applicable legal requirements and permissions have been satisfied.

A request for medical information or a consultation should not automatically be treated as permission to send unrelated promotional communications.

Where a person has the right to withdraw marketing permission, withdrawal requests should be respected in accordance with the applicable rules.

Hair transplant assessment and treatment requests concerning a person under the age of majority may require additional verification and involvement of a parent or legal guardian according to the circumstances and applicable healthcare rules.

Minors should not submit sensitive health information independently where parental or legal representative involvement is legally required.
